 To encourage and assist employees to improve their skills and/or educational qualifications in areas which are directly related to the Company's operations, activities, and objectives and which will place the employee in a position to improve his/her job performance and professional development. This program includes reimbursement for tuition & required coursework materials. 

 This is in addition to paid individual health care insurance (w/ vision benefit) and paid uniforms & safety shoes for all our employees. We also have an optional Dental Plan available.
